My Turn

Hi everyone,

I didn't know that this was started....I was cleaning out my 'junk box' and came across this e-mail from Sarah. ~LOL~

Anyway all is well out west, we are working and spending time at the lake and the cabin on our days off; as well as going up to the cabin several evenings a week. Dave is on day shift for a few more weeks so we are taking advantage of the evenings too.

Ben will be testing out tomorrow for his swim qualification, he has completed all 9 levels! He has been exhusted every night this week. Next week he starts the 'spin-n-puke' (thats what they call it) anyways it is a similated cock pit that they are placed in blindfolded then dropped in the ocean and and it spins so they are not aware of top or bottom then they have to get out! Alive! When he finishes at P'cola he will know what kind of aircraft he gets assigned. Then of course depending on what aircraft then that defines where he goes next for training.

Well I hope to hear from the rest of you guys! Sarah thanks for setting this up, it's a great idea!

Kathy ~smile~

From: Sarah, To: You.

While everyone is setting up there username and profile, I'll be the first to post a real update-

I have been super super busy lately with the campaign. Everyone is trying to 'force' me to fund raise, which i absolutely hate (asking for money or help goes against my grain). But I have to have dollars to buy things like mailings and magnets and tshirts and the list is really endless.
on top of that, I am getting my campaign pictures taken this week and I'm freaking out about what to wear, and wether to have my hair straight or curly. I need to look 'older' but not 'old', I also am having a hard time deciding if I should wear a summer dress or business clothes. I dont really want to look like a politician, since I hate politicians, but I need to look serious about it. So many difficult decisions being a candidate! (haha)
I'm also going this week (hopefully) to look at UD Law School. It's a big decision (not as big as my wardrobe for the pictures, haha) and will probably, in every way, change the course of my life and I have to do it now if I'm going to do it. I think it would be a good move, but I would have to quit my job, which is amazing. I couldnt ask for a better job/coworkers, I make pretty good money and get to work at home 3 days a week, and work with all nurses who are very encouraging and appreciative of everything and pretty much zero stress. So it's hard to just walk away from it.
I have alot more on my plate right now, but I actually am supposed to be working :)

Get signed up and update, and put some pictures up here of all your babies!

LOVE YOU!!

Hi Guys!

I'm excited to get everyone connected here, and hopefully we can all stay in touch better this way!

Love you guys!
